1.Eligibility:    To register as a member of Sudivivah.com or use this site, you must be of legal marriageable as per the laws of India (Currently 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males) The Sudivivah.com site is only to facilitate lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony and legal capacity to enter into this agreement unless any order or decree or injunction from any court or competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony. Sudivivah.com reserves the right to terminate you membership and may seize subscription fee.

2.Terms:     You may terminate your membership at any time for any reason by writing to Sudivivah.com In the event you terminate your membership you will not be entitled to refund subscription fee.

Content posted on site:    (a) You understand and agree that Sudivivah.com may delete or add any content massages, profiles etc that in the sole judgment of Sudivivah.com violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal or that might violate the rights harms, threatens the safety of either Sudivivah.com and / or its members.
(b) The followings an indicative list of the kid of contents that is illegal or prohibited on site Sudivivah.com 
(i) Harasses or advocates harassment of another person.
(ii) Promoting false information, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening etc.
(iii) Displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind.

7. Copyright policy:    You cannot post distributed or reproduce in any way any copy righted matrimonial, Trademark or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner.

8. Member Disputes:    Sudivivah.com shall not be responsible for any interaction divulge of information between the members / users / visitors or any other way Sudivivah.com has no obligation to monitor or solve such disputes/ litigation etc.

9. Privacy:    Use of the Sudivivah.com is completely Governed by our private policy.

10. Transmission of Communication:    Sudivivah.com will not be responsible for any error, interruption, defect, delay, in operation or transmission, communication line failure etc.

11. Limitation:    Sudivivah.com will not liable or responsible for indirect consequential, incidental, damages etc.

12. Disputes:    Any disputes or differences shall be Subjected to the exclusive  jurisdiction of the competent courts in Muzaffarpur  Bihar .
